ARTICLE 42 - MISCELLANEOUS
1) All functions assigned to CIDRA under 
these Rules shall be performed by a 
committee or officers appointed by the 
Board of Directors of the Chicago 
International Dispute Resolution Association. 

2) These rules may be may be amended from
time to time by CIDRA. These rules and any
amendment of them shall apply in the form
in effect at the time the administrative
filing requirements are met for a demand for
arbitration or submission agreement received
